libghc-highlighting-kate-dev software package provides syntax highlighting library based on Kate syntax descriptions, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-highlighting-kate-dev
libghc-highlighting-kate-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-highlighting-kate-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
